3.Saddles for RTO's

These saddles are mostly used as heat transfer media and are of much higher density and require good high temperature resistance.These saddles are called "Saddle for RTO’s".

In fact, many customers also accept Ceramic Saddle as the use in RTO’s, Since both the saddles have nearly same physical and chemical properties. Such as Olpidurr, LTG, Anguil etc.

These saddles are made from chemical porcelain and have excellent resistance to

acids except in the case of hydrofluoric acid.

Moisture absorption must beless than half a percent.

The porcelain’s specific gravity is 2.3-2.4g/cm³ and an average heat capacity(between 20℃ and 500℃ of 0.22 cal/g.℃)

Saddle for RTO’ss’softening point is 1400℃ min. And they show good thermal shock resistance during repeated cycling between 20℃ and 820 ℃.

4.Ceramic pall ring

Ceramic pall ring  is a open-hole ring packing. which height and diameter is same and with 5 ligules toward inside at every floor. Usually, the open surface is 30% of the whole wall surface,this character helps the liquid & gas pass in packing tower pass freely from the windows of the rings.

5.Ceramic super saddle

Ceramic Super Saddle is improved based on the Ceramic Saddle, having the characteristics of low pressure drop and high mass transfer efficient, it is broadly used in sulphuric acid drying tower and other tower equipment.

6.Ceramic cascade ring

Ceramic cascade ring absorbs advantages of short raschig ring and improves pall ring. Height diameter ratio of the ring is 1:2 and taper rolled edge is added to one end. It reduces resistance when the gas goes through the machine bed and increases flow rate. The intensity of the filling is quite high. Due to its structural characteristics, gas and liquid are distributed evenly and contact area of gas and liquid is increased, thus improving mass transfer efficiency.

7.Ceramic cross-partition ring

Ceramic Cross-Partition Ring is improved on the basic of Raschig Rings, which add the cross-partition in Raschig Rings. These rings enlarge the surface and improve the transfer efficiency. Usually, being this rings size is large only used in structured packing. At present, It used a lot as the distribution support in the bottom of random tower. 80-150mm ceramic cross-partition rings with the void more than 60% utilized as the support material.
